Sultan Sevgi Turgut is currently a second year PhD student and a research and teaching assistant in Computer Science Department at Yildiz Technical University (YTU), under the co-supervision of Dr. Zeyneb Kurt.

Her academic work covers bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision. She currently studies the impact of Qigong practice on wellbeing and also performs data analysis on cancer patients.
